    CONTROVERSIAL EDGY OUTSIDER ASSHOLE BIO
Eugene Boittiaux is an artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, a remote city with a rich culture, some of whose lesser-known claims to fame have been capital of the world for Slurpee drinks, and capital of North America for murder, vandalism, and comic books.
Raised in the core of the city, as a youth he received top marks through his years as well as repeated suspensions and probations for fighting every year, sometimes with students up to 7 years older than him.
In high school he was an honor roll student, and received academic awards and handcuffed police-car rides.
Since, he has been homeless, moderately wealthy, healthy, despised, and has supped with the elite, the desolate, the elegant, and refined.
